The plan we have undertaken is not for comfort but for effective results, most of what we eat will be repetitive. But repetition doesn't mean plain!&lt;br /&gt;No Dairy.&lt;br /&gt;Low to No carbs.&lt;br /&gt;Increased lean protein intake.&lt;br /&gt;Increased veggies, steamed or raw.&lt;br /&gt;No Sugar or fructose products.&lt;br /&gt;Green tea, water, Water, WATER and raw fruit juices.&lt;br /&gt;Simple and direct.&amp;nbsp; I will be the first to post my "Before" picture.&lt;br /&gt;WOW! did I let myself go or what! Not muscle definition, pot belly, not an ab in sight... oh well, what can you expect when you eat crap, sleep all day and veg out in front of the television for a month. I literally did nothing but eat and sleep, sit around and eat some more... Does this life style sound familiar?&lt;br /&gt;Let me throw in go to work, how about now? Do you have a desk job? More sitting around..&lt;br /&gt;Do you drive to work? More sitting..
